Week 44/52 Can I just say… the most boring retreat the church has ever had. Haha, no offense. It was kind of nice to get away from school and stuff though.

Can I just say… the most boring retreat the church has ever had. Haha, no offense. It was kind of nice to get away from school and stuff though.

Week 43/52 The day I looked forward to for a long time… Homecoming! More of those “1-2! Seniors! 2012!” sayings and the wave and all bunch of crazy stuff like that. It was definitely a day to remember. Our group of friends made shirts to spell our “Seniors c/o 2012” (I was c/o haha). I feel so school spirited this year! But yeah the pep assembly was so much fun! Of course the seniors won the class spirit contest. This got me into a realization that I finally am a senior, and I’m graduating soon. But I’m going to make this year as fun as possible :).

Week 43/52

Our group of friends made shirts to spell our “Seniors c/o 2012” (I was c/o haha). I feel so school spirited this year! But yeah the pep assembly was so much fun! Week 42/52 SENIORS! 1-2! THAT’S WHO! Lip Sync performance is finally finished. After a month of work, it finally paid off! It feels so good to have that off my back, I get two hours of my life back. But at the same time, I know I’m going to miss it. I’ve made so many new friends because of this. I was hesitant at first because I didn’t know who was in the group but now I’m glad that I did it. I’m definitely going to miss the people. The Senior Lip Sync people are people that I don’t usually chill with (well besides a few) and although I won’t see them a lot anymore, I’m glad that I got to know them more. They are pretty cool people! But yeah, our performance day was awesome. We killed! We were so in sync (at least I think). I was nervous at first but by the end I was super hyped up haha. Week 41/52 This week was so busy. I almost forgot to take a picture, haha. Lip Sync was in less than a week and we still didn’t have a mix for it, well until I created one. What I don’t like is about myself is that sometimes I don’t want to do things, but I end up doing it because I don’t want anyone else to do it…

Week 37/52 THE BEST WEEKEND EVER. I’m so glad I went. I do not regret going. This was such an amazing experience, great sermons and awesome people. God was definitely with us during the weekend. I came out of this conference feeling VERY blessed. He has a plan for me.In addition, the people were so friendly, I met so many new friends! And the hotel was nice too of course, and the food haha. I didn’t want to leave. I had so much fun! I hope I get to do this again, sucks I might be going to Michigan next year. THE BEST WEEKEND EVER. I’m so glad I went. I do not regret going. This was such an amazing experience, great sermons and awesome people. God was definitely with us during the weekend. I came out of this conference feeling VERY blessed. He has a plan for me.
In addition, the people were so friendly, I met so many new friends! And the hotel was nice too of course, and the food haha. I didn’t want to leave. I had so much fun! I hope I get to do this again, sucks I might be going to Michigan next year. But wherever God leads me, I will follow.

Week 35/52 The first ASU meeting of the 2011-2012 year. May I say, it went pretty well! Everything was organized. The members behaved.Overall, I have a good feeling about this year :).

Week 33/52 FIRST DAY OF SENIOR YEAR! It was actually pretty cool. Before school, I got to meet up with everyone. First period: Applied Calculus; I know 70% of the class! Where I sit is pretty chill too, I’m close with everyone around. Second period: Art History; I feel like this is gonna be a boring class. I know only like 3 people, and the period is longer because of advisory. But other than that, it’s okay I guess haha. Third period: Expository; I think this is probably gonna be one of my favorite classes. The teacher’s pretty cool. The class is probably gonna be hard but I’ll accept a challenge :). And I sit next to Tyson! Fourth period: AP Psychology; First year they’re offering this class, so either it’s gonna be pretty cool or pretty bad. But the class itself is pretty chill and interesting. Fifth period: AP Government; I have it with the Asians! Haha. We have our own little corner. So I think it’s gonna be a cool class. All my classes are pretty cool. And then, I get out an hour early. Woot! I can already feel that Senior year is gonna be a memorable one :).

Week 31/52 PandaMania, where God’s wild about us! This week was a very long hectic week of VBS. It was Panda themed! Pretty cool haha. Like usual, I was the “official” photographer. I witnessed all the snacks, the games, the singing, everything. It’s pretty fun roaming around everyone’s classes instead of being stuck with just one class as a counselor. But sometimes I miss being the student. I remember back in 2006, our church’s first VBS. It was so exciting as a student. Now 5 years later, I’m a staff… Everything’s so different now.
